In order to achieve the larger objectives, the Foundation also undertakes career awareness programmes for school children and pre UG students so that the future workforce can be groomed into passionate employees in their choice domain. Career Training programmes offered by the Institute for in-service corporate employees are designed to cause efficiency multiplication, productivity enhancement, team building, increased motivation levels, re-skilling, enhanced commitment and leadership traits.
